Make it happen

Heat oven to 170°C fan and line a 20 cm square tin.

Melt dark chocolate with butter gently and cool for 5 minutes. Whisk eggs with sugar until combined, then mix into the melted chocolate.

Fold in flour and cocoa, then the milk and white chocolate. Spread in tin.

Bake 24–28 minutes until edges are set and centre has a slight wobble. Cool completely before cutting.
