Tropical Passion Fruit Party Punch

Make it happen

   Peel and dice the mango and pineapple and remove any tough pineapple core.

   Blend the fruit with cold water until smooth, then sieve if a thinner punch is preferred.

3. 03

   Press passion fruit pulp through a sieve to extract the juice and discard hard seeds.

4. 04

   Stir the passion fruit, orange and lime juices into the tropical base; chill and serve between four glasses.
